These terms apply to all tribute wreath sponsorships purchased through christmasonmain.org. By completing your sponsorship, you agree to the following terms.

1. Wreath Ownership

Sponsored wreaths become part of the Christmas on Main of Lamar community holiday display and are not purchased for personal ownership. Sponsorship fees support the mission of Christmas on Main of Lamar and do not convey ownership, possession, or retrieval rights to any physical wreath or display item.

2. Individual Dedication Requirement

All tribute wreaths must honor a specific person, couple, or family by name. Wreaths may not be dedicated to a business, organization, product, brand, or service of any kind.

3. Prohibition on Business Promotion

Tribute wreath sponsorships may not be used for advertising, marketing, or business promotion in any form. Any submission determined to promote a commercial interest will be declined without a refund.

4. Tone and Content of Messages

Christmas on Main of Lamar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or edit any message deemed offensive, political, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with the values and mission of the organization.

5. Minor Honorees

A minor is any person under the age of 18. By submitting a tribute wreath dedicated to a minor, the sponsor represents and warrants that they have the legal authority or expressed permission of a parent or legal guardian to display that individual's name and tribute message publicly as part of the Christmas on Main of Lamar community holiday display, including on the christmasonmain.org website. In keeping with the spirit of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.) and our commitment to child safety, Christmas on Main of Lamar reserves the right to remove any tribute honoring a minor if a parent or legal guardian submits a request through our Privacy, Photo & Content Requests form. While we welcome children and families at our events and website, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. We voluntarily uphold the principles of COPPA and respect all removal requests involving minors.
